Not sure where to check whether a plot allows a house? Just ask. Zonio finds the information that is available and explains what it means.
Data from official sources
Zonio draws on the land register, local zoning plans, GDOŚ, Wody Polskie and the transaction price register, so you see the plot itself and everything that affects it.
It tells you when data is missing
Not every dataset covers every plot. When something is missing, the assistant says so rather than guessing.
Search anywhere in Poland
Looking in a particular city, county or voivodeship? Name it and start searching. Zonio covers every municipality in the country.
Save plots for later
Ask the assistant to save plots to one of your projects. You can open them on the map later or order a report.
You stay in control
You sign in with your Zonio account, with no API keys to copy. The assistant can read data, and it changes your projects only when you ask.

Open the connector settings in Claude, add a custom connector named Zonio and paste the server address.
