Privacy policy

How Zonio collects and processes personal data and uses cookies, in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Scope and purpose of processing

We process the data needed to run the service: IP address, browser and operating system information, and usage data collected through analytics.

We process it to: keep the service working and secure, understand how it is used, and improve the product. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); for analytics cookies it is your consent.

Cookies and analytics

The service uses cookies essential to its operation and the external analytics tool PostHog. Analytics data is collected in an anonymised, aggregated form and is not linked to an individual identifier.

Retention period

We keep analytics data for as long as needed for the purposes it was processed for, up to 12 months. Log and technical data is kept in line with our infrastructure providers’ (Cloudflare, Supabase, AWS) policies, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

User rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, send a request to: data@zonio.tech. To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity before responding.

Complaints and contact

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) — if you believe the processing violates the GDPR. UODO contact: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, www.uodo.gov.pl.
