Subject of the terms

These terms set out the rules for using the Zonio service available at zonio.tech and the scope and nature of the services provided, including access to the data map and investment reports.

By using the service you accept these terms. The service is intended for end users and for entities making investment decisions concerning real estate in Poland.

Data scope and limits

All information, maps, data layers and reports presented in the service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, investment or architectural advice, or consultancy within the meaning of applicable law.

The data comes from public sources (including the geoportal and public registers) and may contain errors or delays. Zonio is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the service’s content. Before making an investment decision, verify the legal status of the plot with the municipal office and consult the appropriate professionals.

Technical requirements

To use the service you need a widely available web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge), JavaScript enabled, and a stable internet connection.

Zonio may temporarily restrict access to the service for outages, maintenance or updates, without any obligation to notify in advance.

Intellectual property

The materials presented in the service — including texts, reports, interfaces, graphics and logos — are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to Zonio or its licensors.

Use of the content for your own, non-commercial purposes is permitted. Further distribution, resale, public reproduction or reverse engineering of the service without Zonio’s written consent is prohibited.

Final provisions

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the controller’s registered office.

Zonio may amend these terms; the current version is published in the service. TODO(legal): have a lawyer review the wording of the sections before launch.
